To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that certain items, like personalized products or gift boxes, are non-returnable due to customization.
To initiate a return, contact us at jensensofia99@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
